These terms explain the agreement between APN Cloud and customers who purchase or use our hosting, domain, server, email, DNS and related services.

Acceptable Use Policy

Please read before using our services

By creating an account, placing an order or using APN Cloud, you agree to these terms, our acceptable use policy and any product-specific conditions shown at checkout

Accounts & responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate account, billing and contact information.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping passwords, email accounts and access credentials secure.
  • Activity under a customer account is treated as that customer's responsibility unless proven otherwise.
  • APN Cloud may require verification to protect accounts, prevent fraud or complete certain orders.

Orders, payments & renewals

  • Services are activated after order approval and payment confirmation where required.
  • Invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension, late fees or cancellation.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent, but customers remain responsible for renewing on time.
  • Prices, features and promotions may change for new orders or future renewal periods.

Domains & third-party rules

  • Domain services may be subject to registry, registrar and extension-specific rules.
  • Registration, renewal and transfer requests may fail if registry requirements aren't met.
  • Review spelling, extension, registrant details and renewal terms before payment.
  • Some services depend on third-party platforms, networks, registries or license providers.

Suspension & termination

  • We may suspend services for unpaid invoices, abuse, security threats, fraud or policy violations.
  • Suspension may limit website, email, DNS, server or account access.
  • Terminated services may result in data deletion per the service lifecycle and backup policy.
  • Keep your own backups and export important data before cancelling a service.

Limits of liability

  • APN Cloud isn't responsible for customer content, application errors or losses from misconfiguration.
  • Availability can be affected by maintenance, attacks, upstream providers and events outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for complying with laws related to their website, content and users.
  • Any service credit or remedy is limited to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
