Standard Program Settings

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (the “Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the APNCloud Affiliate Program. They apply to every person, business, publisher, creator, developer, agency, website owner, community operator, or other party that registers for, accesses, or uses an APNCloud affiliate account or referral link (an “Affiliate”). By joining or using the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, the APNCloud Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies that apply to your use of APNCloud services.

The purpose of the Affiliate Program is to reward legitimate referrals that introduce new customers to APNCloud. The Program is not intended to reward artificial traffic, self-dealing, misleading advertising, spam, fraudulent signups, cookie manipulation, or activity that creates a false impression of independent endorsement.

APNCloud may update these Affiliate Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in the Program, applicable law, fraud prevention requirements, payment methods, product availability, or business operations. Material changes may be communicated through the website, Client Area, email, or another reasonable notice method.

2. Eligibility and Affiliate Account

To participate, an Affiliate must provide accurate account information and must have the legal capacity and authority required to participate in a commercial referral program. Business Affiliates must be authorized to act on behalf of the business they represent. APNCloud may decline, suspend, or close an Affiliate account when the information supplied is materially false, incomplete, misleading, or associated with fraud, abuse, sanctions restrictions, unauthorized payments, or a material violation of these Affiliate Terms.

An Affiliate account is personal to the approved account holder or business and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared in a manner that allows an unrelated third party to control the account without APNCloud’s approval. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their Client Area credentials secure and for activity conducted through their affiliate account.

There is currently no affiliate signup bonus under the standard APNCloud program. Creating an affiliate account therefore does not itself create a cash balance, credit, or payment entitlement.

3. How Referral Tracking Works

Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link generated by the APNCloud affiliate system. The Affiliate should use that link when promoting eligible APNCloud services. Referral reporting may include clicks, signups, conversions, pending commissions, available commission balance, withdrawals, and other information shown in the Client Area.

Tracking depends on the customer using a valid referral path and on APNCloud’s systems being able to associate the resulting signup or purchase with the Affiliate. Tracking can be affected by browser settings, privacy controls, blocked cookies, link modification, device changes, customer actions, security controls, technical errors, or other factors outside APNCloud’s reasonable control. APNCloud does not guarantee that every click or visit will become a tracked referral.

Affiliates must not alter, mask, inject, overwrite, or manipulate tracking information in a way intended to claim credit for a customer who was not genuinely referred by that Affiliate. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, automatic redirects without user intent, malicious browser extensions, adware, toolbar injection, or similar tracking manipulation is prohibited.

4. Standard Commission Rate

The standard APNCloud Affiliate Program commission rate is 30% of eligible commissionable payments, subject to the rules in these Affiliate Terms and any product-specific commission setting, exclusion, campaign, or written arrangement. A commission displayed in the Client Area is not final merely because it appears as pending.

The commission base is determined by APNCloud’s affiliate system and the applicable product configuration. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, reversed payments, credits, non-commissionable products, pass-through costs, or other excluded amounts may be removed from the commission calculation. Product-specific settings may provide a different rate, a fixed amount, a one-time commission, or no affiliate commission at all.

APNCloud may run limited promotions with a different affiliate rate or bonus. A promotional rate applies only for the period, products, and Affiliates stated in that promotion. Unless APNCloud confirms otherwise in writing, a temporary promotional rate does not permanently replace the standard Program settings.

5. Eligible and Non-Eligible Transactions

A legitimate commission generally requires all of the following:

• A genuine customer was referred through a valid APNCloud affiliate path.
• The customer purchased an eligible APNCloud product or service.
• The customer’s payment was successfully received and was not fraudulent or unauthorized.
• The transaction remains valid through the applicable commission maturation period.
• The referred service remains active where the Program rules require an active service at maturation.
• The Affiliate complied with these Affiliate Terms and did not use prohibited marketing or tracking practices.

Examples of transactions that may be excluded, reversed, or treated as non-commissionable include:

• Refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, reversed, or fraudulent payments.
• Orders placed using stolen, unauthorized, or suspicious payment methods.
• Self-referrals or referrals arranged mainly to obtain a commission on the Affiliate’s own purchase.
• Duplicate, test, fake, automated, or artificially generated accounts.
• Orders resulting from spam, deception, cookie stuffing, impersonation, or other prohibited promotion.
• Products that are configured as non-affiliate products or that have a different product-specific commission rule.
• Amounts representing taxes, regulatory charges, third-party pass-through costs, credits, or other amounts APNCloud does not classify as commissionable.

6. Commission Maturation Period

Standard affiliate commissions are subject to a 30-day maturation delay. During this period, the commission may appear as pending. The purpose of the delay is to allow time for payment confirmation, fraud checks, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, service status changes, and other events that may affect whether the commission is valid.

A pending commission does not become withdrawable until the applicable maturation conditions are satisfied. If the referred customer’s qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated before or after maturation, APNCloud may cancel, reverse, offset, or recover the related commission.

Where the affiliate system requires the referred account or service to remain active through the maturation period, a commission may be declined if the relevant service is no longer active when the delay ends.

7. Minimum Payout and Withdrawal Requests

The standard minimum amount required to request an affiliate withdrawal is USD $25.00 in available, matured commission. Pending commissions do not count toward the minimum payout threshold until they become available.

When the available commission balance reaches the minimum threshold, the Affiliate may submit a withdrawal request through the designated APNCloud Support department or the withdrawal mechanism shown in the Client Area. APNCloud may require reasonable account, identity, payment, tax, or fraud-prevention verification before processing a payout where such verification is appropriate.

Payout methods may vary based on location, availability, transaction size, compliance requirements, and APNCloud’s current payment options. A specific payout method is not guaranteed unless it is shown as available or confirmed by APNCloud. Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payout details. APNCloud is not responsible for delays or losses caused by materially incorrect payout information supplied by the Affiliate.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, Reversals, and Negative Adjustments

Affiliate commissions are earned only on valid customer revenue. If APNCloud refunds or reverses a customer payment that generated an affiliate commission, the corresponding commission may also be reversed. The same principle applies to chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent transactions, duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, or billing corrections.

If a commission has already been paid before the underlying transaction is later reversed, APNCloud may deduct the affected amount from future affiliate earnings or request repayment where reasonably necessary. APNCloud will not intentionally use adjustments to avoid paying legitimate commissions; adjustments are intended to keep affiliate earnings aligned with actual valid customer payments.

9. Self-Referrals and Related-Party Purchases

The Affiliate Program is designed to reward the introduction of new customers. Affiliates may not use their own referral link primarily to earn commission on their own APNCloud purchases, accounts they control, or purchases arranged through a related person solely to bypass the self-referral rule.

APNCloud may review indicators such as account ownership, payment details, contact information, device or network information, business relationships, and transaction patterns when reasonably necessary to determine whether a referral is genuine. Legitimate referrals involving colleagues, clients, or related businesses are not automatically prohibited, but they must represent a real referral rather than a method of manufacturing commission.

10. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote APNCloud through legitimate channels such as:

• Websites, blogs, tutorials, comparison pages, and educational content.
• YouTube, social media, communities, newsletters, and other channels where promotional links are permitted.
• Hosting, development, IT, business, and technology content relevant to APNCloud services.
• Direct recommendations to genuine prospective customers who have consented to receive the communication.
• Paid advertising that complies with these Affiliate Terms and any brand-bidding restrictions stated below.

Promotional content should be accurate, current, and based on APNCloud’s actual products, prices, features, and public statements. Affiliates may explain their own experience and opinions, but they must not make guarantees that APNCloud itself does not make.

11. Required Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with APNCloud whenever applicable law, platform rules, advertising standards, or the nature of the promotion requires disclosure. The disclosure should be clear enough that an ordinary user understands that the Affiliate may receive compensation if the user purchases through the referral link.

A disclosure must not be hidden in an unrelated page, buried behind several clicks, or presented in a misleading way. Affiliates are responsible for following the advertising and endorsement rules that apply in the countries and platforms where they promote APNCloud.

12. Prohibited Marketing Practices

The following practices are prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, or other spam.
• Using phishing, malware, adware, deceptive browser extensions, forced redirects, pop-ups designed to mislead, or similar abusive technology.
• Making false claims about APNCloud pricing, uptime, ownership, locations, support, security, features, refunds, or guarantees.
• Claiming to be APNCloud, an APNCloud employee, an official APNCloud support representative, or an exclusive partner without written authorization.
• Publishing fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or false customer experiences.
• Using misleading countdown timers, fabricated scarcity, fake discounts, or coupon codes that APNCloud did not authorize.
• Registering domains or social usernames designed to impersonate APNCloud or confuse users about who operates the page.
• Cookie stuffing, click injection, hidden affiliate links, forced clicks, or other artificial attribution methods.
• Promoting APNCloud on illegal, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, or seriously abusive websites or services.
• Offering cash-back, rebates, prizes, or other incentives funded from affiliate commission unless APNCloud has approved the arrangement.

13. Brand, Trademark, Domain, and Paid Search Rules

APNCloud names, logos, trademarks, graphics, screenshots, product names, and other brand assets remain the property of APNCloud or their respective owners. Participation in the Affiliate Program grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved brand references for legitimate promotion.

Affiliates must not register domains, subdomains, social-media handles, business names, ad identities, or other identifiers that are confusingly similar to APNCloud or that falsely suggest an official APNCloud operation. Examples include domains that intentionally misspell APNCloud or combine the APNCloud name with words such as “official,” “support,” or “billing” in a misleading manner.

Unless APNCloud expressly permits otherwise, Affiliates should not bid on APNCloud’s brand name, confusingly similar misspellings, or other protected brand terms in paid search campaigns where the advertisement or destination could reasonably be mistaken for an official APNCloud advertisement. Generic advertising for hosting, VPS, domains, or related services may be used when it is truthful and does not impersonate APNCloud.

14. Coupon, Deal, and Cashback Sites

Affiliates operating coupon, deal, comparison, loyalty, reward, or cashback websites must display only valid APNCloud offers that are publicly available or specifically authorized for affiliate use. Expired, fabricated, modified, or misleading coupon codes must not be presented as active.

A coupon or deal page must not create false urgency or imply an exclusive discount when the same offer is publicly available to all customers. APNCloud may withhold commission associated with deceptive coupon practices, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized incentives.

15. Content Quality and Accuracy

Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish. Product descriptions should be reviewed periodically so that material facts such as pricing, plan limits, refund periods, included features, availability, and promotional terms are not knowingly presented inaccurately.

Affiliates must not guarantee approval by payment providers, guaranteed earnings, guaranteed website performance, guaranteed search rankings, or any result that APNCloud itself does not contractually guarantee. Comparative statements about competitors should be fair, supportable, and not defamatory.

16. Privacy, Cookies, and Data Protection

Affiliates must handle personal information lawfully and should collect only the data reasonably necessary for their own legitimate activities. The APNCloud Affiliate Program may use referral identifiers, cookies, logs, or similar technical mechanisms to attribute referrals and protect against fraud, as described in applicable APNCloud privacy and cookie disclosures.

An Affiliate must not collect passwords, payment card information, government identification, or other sensitive customer information on behalf of APNCloud unless APNCloud has expressly authorized a secure process for that purpose. Affiliates must never create a fake APNCloud login, payment, verification, or support page.

17. Support and Customer Relationships

Affiliates may assist prospective customers by explaining APNCloud services, but they must not make commitments on APNCloud’s behalf unless specifically authorized. Official billing, account, technical, refund, abuse, and service decisions remain with APNCloud.

Affiliates should direct customers to APNCloud’s official website, Client Area, or support channels when an issue requires account-specific assistance. An Affiliate must not request customer passwords or impersonate APNCloud Support.

18. Monitoring, Review, and Fraud Prevention

APNCloud may review affiliate traffic, referral patterns, conversions, commission activity, promotional pages, advertising, and account information where reasonably necessary to operate the Program, investigate suspected abuse, prevent fraud, respond to complaints, or comply with legal obligations.

Where activity appears unusual, APNCloud may temporarily hold commissions or payout requests while a reasonable review is completed. A temporary review does not by itself mean the Affiliate has violated the Program.

19. Suspension or Termination

APNCloud may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for material or repeated violations of these Affiliate Terms, fraud, spam, deceptive advertising, tracking manipulation, serious abuse, unauthorized brand impersonation, or conduct that creates material legal, security, or reputational risk.

For minor or correctable issues, APNCloud may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem where appropriate. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, phishing, malware, payment abuse, serious impersonation, or other high-risk conduct.

On termination, valid matured commissions that are not connected to prohibited activity may remain payable, subject to the minimum payout threshold, verification, and applicable law. Commissions generated through fraud, self-referral abuse, tracking manipulation, or another material violation may be cancelled.

20. Program Changes, Commission Changes, and Discontinuation

APNCloud may change the standard commission percentage, maturation delay, minimum payout, eligible products, tracking method, payout process, or other Program settings for future activity. Where practical, material changes will be announced through the website, Client Area, email, or another reasonable communication method.

Unless required for fraud correction, legal compliance, or a clearly disclosed campaign condition, a future Program change will not be used to arbitrarily erase a valid commission that was already properly earned under the rules in effect for the qualifying transaction.

APNCloud may discontinue the Affiliate Program. If the Program is discontinued, APNCloud will determine a reasonable process for handling valid matured balances, subject to fraud review, minimum payout requirements, payment availability, and applicable law.

21. Taxes and Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for determining and meeting their own tax, registration, reporting, invoicing, and business obligations arising from affiliate income. APNCloud may request tax or business information where reasonably required by law, payment providers, accounting requirements, or payout processing.

APNCloud does not provide tax advice to Affiliates. The amount shown as commission in the Client Area does not necessarily represent the Affiliate’s net income after taxes, fees, currency conversion, bank charges, or other costs.

22. No Employment, Agency, or Partnership

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create employment, a franchise, legal partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or general agency between APNCloud and the Affiliate. The Affiliate operates independently and may not bind APNCloud to a contract or represent that they have authority to make commitments on APNCloud’s behalf.

23. No Guaranteed Income

APNCloud does not guarantee clicks, signups, conversions, commission volume, payout frequency, or a particular level of affiliate income. Results depend on legitimate customer interest, traffic quality, conversion, product eligibility, payment validity, marketing effort, and other factors.

Any examples, statistics, screenshots, case studies, or promotional materials relating to affiliate performance are illustrative unless expressly identified as a contractual guarantee.

24. Limitation of Program Availability

The Affiliate Program, Client Area, tracking system, reporting tools, and payout process may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, network issues, third-party services, security events, or other technical reasons. APNCloud will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Program but does not guarantee uninterrupted affiliate dashboard availability.

Where a genuine referral is affected by a documented technical issue, APNCloud may investigate and make a manual adjustment when sufficient reliable evidence exists. Manual credit is not guaranteed where attribution cannot reasonably be verified.

25. Records and Commission Disputes

If an Affiliate believes a commission has been calculated incorrectly, they should contact APNCloud Support with relevant information such as the approximate referral date, customer or order reference where legally appropriate, campaign details, and any other information reasonably needed to investigate.

Affiliate commission disputes should be raised promptly. APNCloud may rely on its billing, transaction, affiliate tracking, refund, chargeback, and account records when investigating a dispute, while considering credible evidence provided by the Affiliate.

26. Relationship With APNCloud Policies

These Affiliate Terms should be read together with the APNCloud Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and other policies that are relevant to the Affiliate’s conduct or use of APNCloud systems. If an Affiliate also purchases APNCloud services, the normal customer terms for those services apply separately to that purchase.

27. Contact and Payout Requests

Questions about the Affiliate Program, commission status, withdrawal requests, suspected tracking problems, or Program compliance may be submitted through the APNCloud Support department or the official contact options available in the APNCloud Client Area.
