Use APN Cloud services
responsibly.

This policy explains what is not allowed on APN Cloud hosting, domain, email, DNS, server and related services. It helps protect customers, visitors and our network from abuse.

Report Abuse

Fair use for a safer network

Every customer agrees to use APN Cloud lawfully, respectfully and without harming other users, networks or communities

Prohibited activities

  • Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, ransomware, botnets or harmful scripts.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email or misleading commercial messages.
  • Running attacks, scans, brute-force attempts, DDoS tools or unauthorised security testing.
  • Publishing fraudulent, impersonation, deceptive or scam content.
  • Storing or sharing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or content that threatens public safety.
  • Violating copyright, trademark, privacy or other intellectual-property rights.

Email & messaging rules

  • Only send email to people who have agreed to receive it.
  • Include accurate sender information and never hide the real source.
  • No compromised accounts, open relays, bulk spam tools or spoofed campaigns.
  • We may limit, suspend or block email that damages mail reputation or harms users.

Resource & network use

  • Services must not overload shared systems, storage, CPU, memory, network or control panels.
  • Shared hosting isn't for mining, public file mirrors, traffic-exchange systems or abusive automation.
  • Dedicated and VPS customers remain responsible for the security and behaviour of their servers.
  • We may apply temporary limits when urgent action is needed to protect service stability.

Enforcement

  • We review abuse reports and may ask customers to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Serious abuse may lead to immediate suspension, blocking, content removal or termination.
  • Repeated violations may result in account closure and loss of service access.
  • Lawful requests from authorised agencies may be handled according to applicable law.
